Randall Morgan, Co-founder, President
Randall has 35 years of experience producing documentary film and video. He earned a B.A. in English from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.A. in Communication from Stanford University.

DeAnna Morgan, Co-founder
DeAnna has been producing and directing nonprofit fundraising videos since 2004. She is passionate about creating films that raise money for organizations serving children and families. DeAnna has headed several women's and children's organizations and has worked closely with women in the Latino community in a variety of teaching and training capacities. A skilled writer and educator, DeAnna is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley.

	Ellen Tidwell, Marketing Director Ellen has extensive experience in nonprofit organizations. She was program director and development director of a Bay Area microenterprise non-profit, serves on the advisory board of a non-profit serving Latina immigrant women, and has taught business management and marketing in English and Spanish. Ellen holds a B.A. in Humanities and Secondary Education from Brigham Young University and an M.A. in International Educational Administration and Policy Analysis from Stanford University.
	Ladd Morgan, Web Developer Ladd is an expert in web development, web design and internet marketing. Ladd also has five years experience working for Ernst & Young as a credit risk consultant to a variety of major commercial and investment banks. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University and has completed coursework at the London School of Economics and Columbia University.
	Anna Oaks, Music Director Anna is an award-winning pianist and composer whose music is often featured in Morganstar Media programs. Anna graduated summa cum laude in piano performance and pedagogy from Brigham Young University. Her prize-winning compositions have been performed on Temple Square in Salt Lake City.
